The voice of the elected representatives

The convention of elected representatives was an opportunity to meet, exchange views and work collectively on five key issues that concern the life of the cooperative :

• generational renewal
• proximity to members
• the economy and politics
• the evolution of cooperative governance
• sense of belonging and pride

A very rich question and answer session with Serge Le Bartz – President of Eureden, Denis Le Moine – Vice-President, Alain Perrin – General Manager and Pierre Antonny – Deputy General Manager, concluded this beautiful convention.

The strategy meeting “The land unites us”

The afternoon strategy meeting was divided into 3 parts:

• Stéphane Travert, former Minister of Agriculture and Member of Parliament for La Manche, who presented his parliamentary information report on agricultural cooperatives. The Minister recalled the economic and social importance of the cooperative sector in France
• The balance sheet of Eureden’s activities: an update was presented on the 6 branches of activity of the Eureden group. The finalised figures will be published in the first half of 2023
• The intervention of Yves de Montbron, speaker and secretary of the League of Optimists. Yves de Montbron delivered an optimism “pastille” insisting in particular on the optimism of action. A very appreciated intervention which boosted all the participants.
