COOPÉRATIVE EUREDEN collects and processes data from the eureden.com website.

The Publisher undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of this data complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (RGPD) and with the French Data Protection Act.

The Personal Data collected is intended for the Publisher, which is responsible for the Processing, for the subsidiaries of the Eureden Group, for the assignee in the event of a sale of business or transfer of assets, for any sub-contractors solely for the purposes of operational or technical sub-contracting, for the State, for national supervisory, administrative or judicial authorities, for public bodies upon request and within the limits of what is permitted by the regulations, and for certain regulated professions, such as lawyers.
When the Publisher uses subcontractors, it ensures that they provide sufficient guarantees that the processing complies with the principles of the RGPD and that the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data are ensured.
No Personal Data will be transferred outside the European Union.
Retention period
Personal Data will be kept for the duration of the purpose for which it was collected, up to a limit of 1 year, except in the case of legal or regulatory obligations imposing a specific retention period for personal data on certain documents or information.
Exercising your rights
In accordance with the RGPD, the User of the Site has a right of access, rectification, deletion, as well as a right to limit the processing of his/her Personal Data. Within the limits laid down by the RGPD, the User may object to this processing and benefit from a right to portability.

Users must provide proof of their identity and indicate the context in which they transmitted their Personal Data (date of the complaint and/or reason).
In the event of a dispute concerning the conditions relating to the collection and processing of their Personal Data, Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (www.cnil.fr) in France.
Users may also give instructions concerning the storage, deletion and communication of their Personal Data after their death. In the absence of directives on his/her part, he/she is informed that his/her heirs have the right to oppose the continued processing of his/her Personal Data or to have it updated.
If, when consulting the Site, the User accesses Personal Data, the User must refrain from any collection, any unauthorised use and any act that may constitute an infringement of the privacy or reputation of individuals. The Publisher declines all responsibility in this respect.
