The Eureden General Assembly, held on December 12, 2025, in Quimper, formalized the change in leadership at the executive level, one year after the change of chairman. This renewal of governance is also reflected at the Board of Directors level and, more broadly, among the elected representatives of the cooperative. The theme chosen for the roundtable discussion, “The Farmer of Tomorrow,” reflects one of the essential challenges for the future of agriculture, the agri-food sector, and our regions. The General Assembly also provided an opportunity to review the past year and reaffirm the Group's commitment to promoting healthy eating.
In December 2024, Dany Rochefort, president of Eureden, succeeded Serge Le Bartz. A year later, after 25 years of commitment to the agri-food cooperative sector, including six years with Eureden, Alain Perrin is handing over the reins to Marie-Gabrielle Daniel as managing director. This evolution of governance was carefully prepared to ensure a smooth transition and was approved by the Board of Directors.
As part of the Board of Directors’ renewal, two male and one female farmers were elected as directors at the General Meeting. At the creation of Eureden, particular emphasis was placed on increasing the representation of women on the board. In three years, the percentage of female directors has doubled, now reaching 22%, which corresponds to the percentage of female farm managers.
The cooperative is proud to have exceeded the target set (20% in 2025) and intends to continue its actions in favor of diversity, in particular through the Par’Celles approach.
Eureden chose to organize a roundtable discussion on the establishment of young farmers, a strategic issue for the future of our regions. Through insights from experts (notably Caroline Mazaud, a lecturer and researcher at ESA Angers who led the Agrinovo study) and the testimonies of four young farmers, the roundtable addressed topics as important as the transferability of
operations, training, management or even work-life balance.
With its farm strategy division comprised of 10 experts and an agricultural real estate agency, Repriz’Agri, as well as a €10 million, 5-year investment in the “Young Farmer Passports” program, Eureden is pursuing a proactive policy to support the establishment of young farmers. As a result, the cooperative helped 260 young farmers get established in the 2024/2025 fiscal year, a remarkable achievement. The future of agriculture depends on this generational renewal, which we are committed to supporting.
Agricultural activities have been well maintained and confirm the relevance of our multi-specialist cooperative in meeting the challenges of the mixed crop-livestock farming model.
The distribution branch (Magasin Vert/Point Vert brands) also performed very well in a contracting market environment.
On the other hand, vegetable and meat processing activities suffered from a tight market, particularly marked on canned vegetables which faced a sharp decline in consumption, which led to the implementation of an adaptation plan.
Finally, the egg products business confirmed its leadership with a record level of performance. It is currently accelerating its international development thanks to the partnership established in spring 2025 with Griffiths in the United Kingdom. On the upstream side, the transition to alternative eggs has resumed at a sustained pace.
The financial statements, which were approved at the Annual General Meeting, show combined revenue of €3.7 billion. Half of this revenue is generated by the agriculture division, the other half by the other activities (vegetables, eggs, meat, distribution, and dairy). Combined EBITDA amounts to €104 million.
The investments amounted to 68 million euros, mainly in innovation and optimization of industrial processes, improvement of the safety of property and people, modernization of our stores and transformation of information systems.
In addition, 14 million euros in financial benefits are redistributed to members for their activities with the cooperative in 2024/2025.
In 2026, Eureden will continue to pursue its strategic ambitions, notably by finalizing the key partnership projects initiated in 2025: the partnership between Gelagri Bretagne and Greenyard Frozen France in the frozen vegetable sector, and the partnership between Bazin and Arcado in the cured meat sector. In both cases, Eureden has chosen to partner with a market specialist to develop these activities, improve performance, and strengthen its long-term ties with the upstream sector. The goal is to create value for member farmers, employees, consumers, and local communities.
In parallel, Eureden’s short-term priorities remain adapting to its markets and operational performance, while continuing to make progress on all transition topics, whether it be digital transformation or the use of data.
or artificial intelligence, or agricultural transition, with decarbonization, water management, reduction of the use of plant protection products or animal welfare.
Thus, Eureden intends to capitalize on its valuable strengths: a sense of community, tailored support for mixed crop and livestock farms, a network of strategic partnerships, processing facilities, and brands. Its objective is to consistently provide a first-rate solution to its clients and to be the leading cooperative for farmers, ensuring the renewal of…
generations.
By combining economic, social and environmental performance, Eureden wishes to carry forward its ambition to serve farmers, territories and good food for all.
