New store! Opening of a Point Vert & Cultivert in Malansac

Published on 29 April 2025

With spring well under way, the Eureden Group is inaugurating a brand new shop in Malansac, Morbihan. The store, which carries the Point Vert and Cultivert banners, is aimed at a wide audience. It offers a variety of products on the same floor space, from gardening to pet food and accessories, as well as sections dedicated to local produce, DIY, work clothes and professional equipment.

This project is the story of a reunion between the Eureden Group and the Malansac region. Indeed, in 2019, when Eureden was created (merger of the d’aucy and Triskalia groups), our cooperative group had to part with its Malansac outlet at the request of the Competition Authority. Six years later, Eureden had the opportunity to take over the former Espace Emeraude shop in the same town. The cooperative’s members and employees are delighted to welcome this return to their region.

Revitalised shop and continuity of team

Located in the dynamic Parc de La Chaussée area, this shop, which was set up 12 years ago, has an indoor sales area of 1,000 m². To minimise disruption to customers, the refurbishment work associated with the change of store name is being carried out in two phases.

The first phase, which took place from 1 to 24 April 2025, involved rethinking the shop layout, with the creation of two separate entrances: one on the Point Vert side and the other, specifically for professionals, on the Cultivert side, while ensuring smooth traffic flow between the two areas.

The second phase, scheduled for the end of the year, will focus on developing the plant ranges, with the installation of a special area, as well as the development of an outdoor area for agricultural equipment (subject to planning permission).

The shop will thus be able to reinforce its traditional strengths – motorbikes and DIY – while drawing on the strength and expertise of the Point Vert and Cultivert networks. As for the staff, continuity is assured, since the team of 8 employees was taken over when the shop was acquired. They are all fully motivated to revitalise the store and offer their customers a quality service.

A wide range of products for leisure and professional use

By bringing together the two banners Point Vert and Cultivert under one roof, the Malansac shop offers customers a wide choice of products, services and advice, meeting both personal and professional needs.

● Point Vert: the local multi-specialist This part of the shop focuses on rural products, with ranges for motorbikes, gardening, DIY, pet products, work and leisure clothing, as well as local food products.

● Cultivert: the pro farming area The Cultivert area is entirely dedicated to professionals: agricultural equipment, technical products, livestock equipment, Hortalis horticultural solutions, building equipment, fencing and professional tools. This space focuses on quality products, expert advice and tailor-made services to support professionals on a day-to-day basis and move their projects forward. Cultivert technicians visit farms directly to monitor and advise on livestock building development projects, working closely with the technical teams from the Eureden cooperative.

With this new sales outlet, the Eureden cooperative group confirms its desire to consolidate its position as leader in the field of gardening and professional distribution for farmers in Brittany.
