The Eureden Group’s Board of Directors, composed of farmers, has decided to actively engage in generational renewal by promoting their profession and helping young people establish themselves in agriculture. The cooperative fully fulfills its mission of intergenerational solidarity. Active farmers thus participate in the establishment of younger farmers by providing financial and human resources to ensure the success of their projects.
And this solidarity does not stop once the installation is effective, but continues in a significant way during the first years through technical and financial support, contractualization, price guarantees, etc.
In constant contact with agricultural schools and training institutes, Eureden experts participate in installation files and respond to specific expectations throughout the life of the farm.
Through its activities and network of advisors, the cooperative has a deep understanding of Breton farms.
