Gender equality in the workplace at Eureden in 2025

Published on 23 March 2026

Each year, the Eureden Group calculates its professional equality index for all of its entities with more than 50 employees.

The professional equality index

Established by the “Professional Future” law, the index is calculated out of 100 points based on 5 criteria:

  1. The gender pay gap,
  2. The gap in the distribution of individual increases
  3. The gap in the distribution of promotions (for companies with more than 250 employees),
  4. The number of female employees increased upon their return from maternity leave,
  5. Gender parity among the 10 highest salaries.

This indicator makes it possible to measure the gaps between women and men within companies and to identify areas for improvement to strengthen professional equality.

Case of non-calculable indicators

It is anticipated that certain indicators will be incalculable when the analysis groups are not sufficiently representative. In this case, the overall score obtained will be based solely on the calculable indicators and can be converted to a scale of 100. However, when the maximum number of points that can be obtained is less than 75, the overall score is considered incalculable.

Feminization of leadership positions

The “Rixain” law, aimed at accelerating economic and professional equality, extended the objective of balanced representation between women and men to management bodies by setting new obligations for companies with at least 1,000 employees. The management bodies of the Eureden Agriculture Economic and Social Unit (UES) are comprised of 19.50% women and 80.40% men.

A long-term commitment

The professional equality index is an essential management tool to monitor progress made and guide actions taken to promote equality between women and men.

The Eureden Group is continuing its efforts to promote gender diversity in the workplace, support the professional development of its female employees, and guarantee equal treatment at every stage of their career path. Through these actions, Eureden reaffirms its commitment to advancing gender equality and building an increasingly inclusive work environment for all its employees .
